Om opgaven

The purpose of this invitation to the announcement is for The Contracting Authority to receive tenders for the purchase of potentiostat/cycler units. See Annex 1 Specification of requirements.

Tildeling: Price, Quality.

The sub-criterion "Price" is assessed relatively. The offers are thus assessed in relation to the other offers received.

In connection with the final evaluation, a scoring model will be used, where prices are converted into points, which can then be weighted against points for qualitative criteria in an overall assessment. In the price evaluation, AAU will apply the linear consideration:

Points for quotation = 10 – (10 x ((TP – LP) / (HP – LP)))

TP = Offered Price ("Total Offer Price")

LP = Lowest price (lowest "Total Offer Price")

HP = 50% higher than LP

The method assigns maximum points to the cheapest tender, on a scale from 0 to 10, while other tenders are awarded maximum points with a deduction corresponding to their submission from the cheapest tender.

The tenderer must state the tender price in Annex 2 Tender form.

The bidding prices will be considered a total bidding price and is evaluated on the basis of the net prices specified by the tenderer. All prices must be specified in EUR, excluding VAT, but including delivery, service, support and other taxes.

The sub-criterion "Quality" is assessed according to the detailed answers and offered solutions, which the tenderer has described in the requirements specification, incl. possibly associated annexes and material. Consequently, when determining the quality, AAU will have regard to the details, complexity and the quality of the offered technical solution by the tenderer within the part criterions stated in the announcement for tenders
