This is a call for tenders by the contracting entity, Zeanet A/S, concerning the supply of electricity covering grid loss.

The call for tenders covers a contracts concerning supply of 11 GWh electricity covering grid loss distributed on 5,5 GWh in 2025 and 5,5 GWh in 2026 on grid area 860. The quantities are estimated based on the contracting entity’s historic consumption. The contract runs for two years - from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028.

Zeanet A/S estimate that the total value of the contracts will amount to approx. DKK 10 million excluding VAT but including all duties and charges.

Any economic operator registered as a power trading company in Denmark may submit a tender. However, tenderers subject to one of the grounds for exclusion appearing from sections 16-18 in the administrative order on procurement of grid companies grid loss (in Danish "Bekendtgørelse om udbud af netvirksomheders nettab) of 22 July 2022 will be excluded from participating in the tender procedure and will not be considered for the contract, unless the tenderer can produce sufficient documentation that the tenderer is reliable.

The tender must be uploaded via the internet address below in accordance with the available guidelines. The call for tenders is carried out in accordance with the administrative order on procurement of grid companies grid loss (in Danish "Bekendtgørelse om udbud af netvirksomheders nettab) of 22 July 2022.

Tildeling: Lowest price.

The award criterion is "lowest price".

When evaluating the tenders against "lowest price", the Contracting Authority will place emphasis on the fixed mark-up, stated in øre per kWh, as set out in the tender list. The tender with the lowest mark-up is the most economically advantageous tender.

Forventet start 1. januar 2027.
