Krav til tilbudsgiver:

The Tenderer’s equity, as reported in the annual financial statements available at the time of tender submission, must be at least DKK 20 million. As documentation, the Contracting Authority will obtain the Tenderer’s audited annual report that was valid and available at the time of submission of the tender.

The Tenderer’s solvency ratio, as reported in the annual financial statements available at the time of tender submission, must be at least 12%. As documentation, the Contracting Authority will obtain the Tenderer’s audited annual report that was valid and available at the time of submission of the tender.

The Tenderer must be registered and approved as an electricity trading company in Denmark, and such registration must be documented with Energinet in accordance with Section 8 of Bek. As documentation, the Contracting Authority will obtain an extract from, or a confirmation issued by, Energinet confirming that the company is registered as an electricity supplier/electricity trading company.
