Om opgaven

The future Topic Centre should support and strengthen EEA capabilities in quantitative analytical methods, such as indicators, trends and scenario assessments for the evolution of the energy system, and in the quantification of associated benefits, co-benefits, trade-offs and just transition implications (distributional, procedural and recognitional).

It should also support targeted case study work that combines desk research, stakeholder mapping, structured questionnaires, EUSurvey-based evidence collection, expert workshops where appropriate and interviews to identify and share between Member States success factors, barriers, impacts and transferability across policy contexts, sectors and countries.

Yderligere oplysninger: Participation in this call for tender is restricted to the list of Topic Centre Organisations designated by the EEA’s Management Board in application of Article 2 of the Management Board Decision of 4 December 2025 laying down Implementing Rules for the designation of Topic Centres in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 401/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the EEA and the European Environment Information and Observation Network (Eionet)In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice.

Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section 5.1.11 in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.

Tildeling: Kvalitet 70 %, Pris 30 %.
